Project introduction:
Tianye Tolian was founded in October of 2000. After less than ten years, it has become the main provider of railway construction equipment in China and a leading provider in railway bridge construction lifting transportation equipment industry in China. The trailer has shown that the frame lifting equipment share has increased from 26% in 2007 to 36% in 2009 which is the best in three continuous years becoming the leading enterprise in this industry. The number of public share issue of Tianye Tolian is less than 43 million. The collected money will be mainly used in capacity construction, the construction of research center and the supplement of circulating fund. The time of road shows was from 21^st July to 23^rd July in 2010. The published time of pricing notice was 27^th July, 2010. The time of paying was July 28th. It would be listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the middle of August.

On 21^st July 2010 the listing seminar of Qinghuangdao Tianye Tolian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was hold in Grand Hyatt Shanghai. ACME (Shanghai) Conference ＆ Exhibition Co, Ltd. successfully took part in its design, preparation, organization and coordination, and was responsible for all designs, manufacture, construction, exhibition layout, lighting, acoustics and invitation. Because of the efforts of both sides the listing seminar had reached the desired results.
