Zhejiang DunAn Environment Co., Ltd. is a public company specializing in manufacturing air conditioner refrigeration autocontrol components and electric refrigeration central air conditioners and relevant terminal equipment with the total equity reaching 32236.38 shares. On 16^th June, 2004, the company issued 28,000,000 shares to the public in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 5th July, 2004. In Dec. 2007, the company issued 90,000,000 shares to Zhejiang DunAn Seiko Co., Ltd. to purchase its Refrigeration Component assets and finally achieved the whole assets listing of refrigeration industry of the company.

On 6^th Aug., 2009, DunAn Environment Annual Appreciation Meeting was held in the Grand Hyatt Hotel Grand. Shanghai ACME Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd. has undertaken all the execution work during the activity, including the planning, preparation, organization, coordination, design, design, production, stage arrangement, exhibition, lighting, sound and participants’ invitation.
