On 16^th Mar., 2011, Promoting Meeting for On-the-Spot Road-Show for Equity Financing of A Share of Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was held in Shanghai. As the replacement of Changzhou Fiberglass Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials Co., Ltd., which is located in Tangqiao of Yaoguan town in Wujin District of Changzhou city, is a large scientific and technical enterprises focusing on the production of fiberglass products. The company owns a Sino-foreign holding subsidiary, that is, Changzhou Changhai Fiberglass Co., Ltd. All along, Changhai keeps its business philosophy, "survive by quality, development by variety", to infiltrate into the production process in every link. By now, the company has 15 rnational advanced glass fiber production lines. With kinds of international advanced quality testing equipment, Changhai is able to produce sizes of fiberglass products to meet the needs of customers from both home and abroad.

Shanghai ACME Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd., as one of the organizers of this meeting, undertook all the execution work of every link, including planning, preparation, organization, coordination and was in charge of all the specific work of stage design, production, stage arrangement, exhibition, lighting, sound and participants’ invitation and so on.
